Customized Rail Clamps For Railway Fastening

The rail clip/rail clamp is a boltable, adjustable, self-blocking clip with strong buckle pressure. The adjustability is secured by means of the square taper washer.

There are types rail clips for M16, M20, and M24 fastening material. The rail clips are especially used with crane rails on a steel girder or on a concrete foundation with a steel sole plate. The height of the railway clamp is variable, so there is a suitable clip for virtually every rail type, including nibless / without cone variants to suit rails from 10kg/m up to 118kg/m.

We have extensive experience in the railway fastening industry and a high level of expertise in this specialized field. Our rail clip products are made according to customers' requirements and designs in such a way to allow fine adjustment for alignment, while at the same time, providing a self locking effect against the force of the crane. The rail clips can be fixed by being bolted or welded to the structure.

This is one of our rail clamps made from ductile iron by casting. Materials could be QT400-15, QT450-10, QT500-7, QT600-3, QT700-2, ZG25, ZG35, ZG45. 

But QT500-7 and ZG35 are top choices, based on our former production experience.

And recently our rail clips are usually made of forged steel, which are manufactured via a hot forging process. The forged rail clips are considered to be better than other metal solutions due to their uniform microstructure.

And with the heat treatment process, mechanical properties of rail clips such as hardness, tensile strength, yield strength, etc. can be well controlled.

Railway Fastener Track Rail Clamp

As above statement, our Railway Fastener Track Rail Clamp is made from low carbon steel or alloy steel by hot forging, rolling and casting, based on the requirements of our customers. We produce rail clamps in accordance with DIN, GB/TB, AREMA standards and customer drawings.  The rail clamps are ranging from 52 lbs rail, 62 lbs rail, 114 lbs rail, 106 lbs rails, 120 lbs rails, 128 lbs rails, 171 lbs rails and 75 lbs rails.
The most common Rail Clamp we produced, i.e., S18, S20, S30, S33, KP03, KP06 and KP03.
