At present, Kunshan Alex has more than 120 sets of production and testing equipment, among which, there are mainly 27 sets of vertical presses (punching machines) ranging from 25 tons to 250 tons, 6 sets of wire rolling machines and 3 mesh belt heat-treatment producing lines for the production of rail elastic clips, rail joints, dog spike & track bolts ,etc. Thanks to them, and with our workers and technicians working together, it is guaranteed that our railway products reach the international standards, such as AREMA, GB, BS, UIC, DIN, IRS, etc. Moreover, they can be customized according to your specific requirements.

Quality Control

As an ISO9001:2015 certificated company, quality and reliability are always our pursuit. We have our own inspection center, physical and chemical room, and work with third-party inspection agencies such as SGS and BV to meet clients' special requirement on quality control. From raw material to the finished bulk products,such as: Rail anchor, rail tie plate, rail chair, rail clip for crane rail,rail tension clamp, chair screw, rail angle guide plate,lock washer,etc. We operate in accordance with standard procedures. We have strict quality control systems for suppliers: 1. Strictly inspection and testing of raw materials 2. Regularly organize quality control coordination meetings with semi-product suppliers to provide technical support. 3. Both sampling and batch testing will be taken while producing to make sure products 100% qualified before shipment.

Kunshan Alex supplies rail joints, rail clamps, rail insulators, rail pads, rail plastic dowels, and more: Rail joints,joint the ends of two rails,reduce the impact of wheels to the jointing sections of the rail tracks. Rail clamps, prevent the train from moving or passing a given point to the ground (as at platforms or on stub tracks) to avoid risks or dangers. Rail insulators,provide electrical insulation and protect the ductile iron shoulder from abrasion by direct contact with the rail. Rail pads, increase the elasticity of the ballast superstructure and reduce vibration and shock in the railway system. Rail plastic dowels, guarantee the good connection and linkage of the rail fastening system with the concrete sleeper. When are the Brake Pads need Replacement

When are the Brake Pads need Replacement: (1) The brake pad material is mismatched and causes noticeable damage to the brake rotor. (2) The total area of detached, peeled, or initially cracked sections of the brake pad exceeds 2cm², or the steel backing has an area of depression greater than 1cm². (3) The wear limit for the brake pad is defined as 9mm. If the remaining thickness of the brake pad after wear is less than 9mm (thickness at any location on the brake pad should not be less than 9mm). (4) The brake pad shows abnormal wear, with a significantly faster wear rate compared to other brake pads. (5) The uneven wear of the brake pad exceeds 3mm (difference between the thickest and thinnest areas). (6) The thickness difference between the brake pads on both sides of the same brake rotor exceeds 3mm.
