Parameters
Brake shoes 25610-N (TIIR-300) composite, is used for freight railway cars. The brake pads have a mesh-wire frame and operate with a maximum allowable temperature on the friction surface of the brake pad during short-term exposure up to 400 ˚С, a maximum allowable temperature during prolonged exposure up to 300 ˚С, a maximum allowable speed of a freight car up to 39 m/s at axial load 200 kN, up to 28 m/s with axial load 250 kN, maximum allowable specific pressure on the pad 20 MPa.
Brake blocks are operable at ambient temperature from -60 ˚С to +50 ˚С, as well as when cars are in greenhouses for a short time when cargo is heated up to +80 ˚С.
